Located 1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park (or in the heart of a regional natural park, if you do not wish to specify the exact location), these former estate outbuildings welcome you all year round, exclusively (one client only), for your seminars, professional training, press presentations, and other corporate events.

This building, with its unique architecture and carefully curated décor, features a fully equipped 80m² meeting room, but you can also work in the lounge by the fireplace in winter or in the garden to enjoy the fine weather.

The contemporary design combines elegance and functionality, ensuring an environment conducive to creativity and productivity.

For your relaxation moments, you will find a variety of leisure facilities, such as the heated indoor pool, the hammam, the gym, the pétanque court, billiards, and the games room, offering a refreshing and diverse experience.

Thanks to numerous partners, you can also enjoy outdoor activities starting from or nearby the establishment: electric bike hiking, guided hiking with a survival specialist, equicoaching, golf, fishing, quad biking, 2CV rallying.....
